Teeth whitening has never been my top priority. I’ve always had compliments on how white my smile is but in the last few months, I’ve felt as if my smile has gotten a little dull. Maybe it’s all the iced coffee I drink or the red wine I love to guzzle down every two weeks or so, but I knew I had to get rid of these stains and return to my pearly whites.

I received a package with everything I needed to create my dental impressions and sent it off to the lab for my customized trays. I won’t lie, I was a little impatient because I wanted them then and there but within a week I had the dental impressions in my hands.
I started my whitening process almost immediately. There was a step by step sheet in the box that was originally sent so figuring out what went where wasn’t too hard.
I’ll admit I haven’t been so consistent with the teeth whitening process. It’s a little hard to do when I’m in and out of the house constantly at random hours of the day and I’m a little self-conscious when it comes to the trays being in my mouth. I’ve noticed some differences and I can only imagine the change had I been consistent with it.
