I am a MACaholic! I cannot get enough of MAC so I decided to go ahead and tell y’all my favorites! These are in random order, so don’t mind that 🙂
Retail Price: $30.00
I’m going to start with my holy grail prep+prime BB cream, I use the shade Medium Dark. The reason I love it is because with heavy foundations I tend to break out, The BB cream is creamy, and is not heavy, but it has GREAT COVERAGE, and on top of that….. it is long lasting!! It is priced higher than I’d like but nonetheless it is worth it!
Retail Price for each: $16.00
(except Talk that Talk)
These lipsticks are my ALL time favorite!! These might be in a particular order, but that is it. We’ll start of with Talk That Talk, the reason it is an a different packaging is because it is limited edition (SORRY GUYS) but it is beautiful and it is totally worth the price, so if it crosses your path, PICK IT UP! It is a beautiful dark burgundy, that is perfect for fall. You may need to line your lips for this lipstick, but that is the only ‘flaw’ I see in this lipstick. My second favorite, but my year ’round lipstick is HEROINE This lipstick OHMYGOSH! it is a gorgeous purple! I mean, that picture up there does it no justice! It’s perfect for Spring but bold enough for Fall. You just need to buy it! Del Rio is the third lipstick that I absolutely love. It is a gorgeous brown with a red undertone, and it is perfect for my fall looks because it’s bold enough without being too crazy! Flat out Fabulous is one of my few pinks in my collection and I adore it! It is a dark pink that is perfect for spring. It has a matte finish that I love. If you purchase it, it will not disappoint.
I use to think all concealers were the same, but this Pro Longwear Conealer proved me wrong. It really does what it says it does. It lasts all day, and it conceals the worst of zits! If you have a great setting powder, more power to ya! I’m using the shade NW35, but I would like it a little lighter, only because I like to use my concealer as a highlight as well.
Okay, I’ve dabbled here & there in MAC makeup, but I do not give up on this product! This Opulash Mascara in Bad Bad Black, is heaven in a bottle! 2-3 coats of this puppy and your lashes are non-stop incredible. It’s drying time is great, wait like 10 seconds and you can pile on the second coat, it doesn’t budge throughout the day, so you won’t have little flakies on your face.
This is the Penultimate eyeliner in Rapid Black, I have mentioned in my ELF HAUL post how much I love me some eyeliner, but this baby is
king QUEEN of eyeliners. She is so pigmented, one stroke goes a long way, and she is so easy to use! She is perfect for beginners because she’s a marker, I mean c’mon, who doesn’t know how to use a marker? anyone? Anyone? exactly! I promise you when you try it there is no going back.
Oooh baby this pro longwear paint pot is everything you need to have flawless eye shadow (well besides eye shadows, right?) This is a great base for your eye shadows. It gets rid of those oily eyelids, and brightens the eyes. The color I have in the picture is Soft Ochre, it has a yellow undertone which is perfect for my skin tone. I use to have Painterly, but it wasn’t cutting it for me :)Either one is a great color, but don’t forget that these paint pots ARE eye shadows, so you don’t have to just limit yourself to eye shadow base.
My favorite powder blush for this winter season is Mocha. It is perfect for this time because even when I am freezing my butt off I like to have a warmth to my skin, and this blush just helps with that effect. It is like a baked pink tone, and ugh! I don’t know how to explain it because it is so flawless and the picture doesn’t do it right.
I really hope this post helped you out to see some products from MAC cosmetics that you may like, If you have any suggestions go ahead an comment below. Also don’t forget to enter your email into the box on the right hand side, so you can stay up to date!
